Professional Experience

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, I worked as an investment banker on Wall Street for close to 20 years, advising global Fortune 500 corporations on a range of strategic issues including mergers & acquisitions, valuation, financing, and capital allocation. Most of my focus has been on the consumer and technology sectors, providing advice on cross-border transactions and on many other complex transactions.

I started my career as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of Lazard Frères & Co. in New York. Upon completing my MBA at The Wharton School, I became a Strategy Consultant for McKinsey & Company and subsequently joined Morgan Stanley & Co. in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department. Moreover, prior to moving to Austin, Texas, I was a Managing Director in The Blackstone Group's Corporate Advisory Group.

In Austin, I worked as an executive in Corporate Development at Dell Technologies for almost six years. I also sat on the North American Analyst Recruiting Committee.

In 2016, I launched the Wall Street for McCombs Leadership Program (WSFM) at The University of Texas at Austin. In this elite program, we identify, train, coach and mentor high-performing McCombs undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in a career in investment banking or alternative asset management.  WSFM now boasts close to 500 students and alumni.

Subsequently, approximately  95% of interns have received full-time return offers. This program does not end on the day the students graduate and enter the professional world. I provide continuous counsel and mentorship to WSFM alumni as they navigate through their careers.
